We collect personal data in two situations: (1) Contact form: name, email address, company name, and message. (2) Research Library access requests: name, email address, and company name. We do not collect sensitive personal data and do not use cookies for tracking or analytics.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to respond to enquiries, send requested research documents, and (with explicit consent) share relevant updates. We will never use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for library access requests. Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for contact form submissions.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

Contact enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. Library access request data is retained for up to 12 months.

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be stored using a third-party database provider (Neon / PostgreSQL).

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data. Contact support@raafetchoukri.com to exercise any of these rights.

8. Data Security

Data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database and transmitted over HTTPS.
